Genetic subdivision of the upwelling copepod Calanoides carinatus (Krøyer, 1849) off the continental shelf of Ghana

This study has shown that the two stocks of Calanoides carinatus appearing off the shelf of Ghana during the upwelling season are genetically different. Also, the gene Gpia could probably be a marker for their subdivision.
