Stephos marsalensis new species (Copepoda, Calanoida, Stephidae) from coastal waters of Sicily, Italy

A new species of calanoid copepod, Stephos marsalensis, is described from central Mediterranean coastal waters. It differs from congeners mainly in the structure of the fifth legs in both sexes.
